Our company philosophy has always centered on our aspiration to create added-value in under-appreciated real estate, through our projects and networking with other professionals.
Waller Homes Real Estate, is a Bloomington-based developer of real estate which, since 1990 has acquired, built and/or sold real estate in the Bloomington-Normal metro area of Illinois.
We examine each project and identify any possible risk to determine the necessary methods to mitigate or eliminate the risk in order to optimize our planned strategy of success.
We examine real estate to identify the strengths and weaknesses and determine selling points. Real estate weak points can be overcome by a comprehensive marketing strategy.
